COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS, INC. SUBSIDIARY, JDL TECHNOLOGIES, ACQUIRES TWISTED TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
Minnetonka, MN – June 1, 2015 – Communications Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: JCS) (“CSI” or the “Company”), a global provider of physical connectivity infrastructure and services for deployments of broadband networks, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, JDL Technologies, Inc., has acquired Twisted Technologies, Inc., a privately-held provider of managed IT services based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Terms were not disclosed.
Twisted Technologies is an award-winning IT services firm with a broad portfolio of clients and a strong focus on managed services and healthcare IT, including expertise in providing McKesson electronic medical records (EMR) solutions.
