On March 25, 2022, CSI Received Shareholder Approval to Merge with Pineapple Energy and Completed the Merger on March 28, 2022. CSI changed is name to Pineapple Holdings, Inc. and changed it’s Nasdaq ticker to PEGY and will operate as Pineapple Energy.

Minnetonka, MN – February 23, 2015 – Communications Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: JCS) (“CSI” or the “Company”), a global provider of physical connectivity infrastructure and services for deployments of broadband networks, today announced that Roger H.D. Lacey, Interim Chief Executive Officer, and Edwin C. Freeman, Chief Financial Officer, are scheduled to present at the 27th Annual ROTH Conference sponsored by ROTH Capital Partners on Monday, March 9, 2015, at the Ritz-Carlton in Dana Point, California. CSI’s formal presentation is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
The presentation will not be webcast; however, the slides will be available in the “Investor Relations” section of CSI’s website at https://pineapple-holdings.com.
Separately, CSI is scheduled to release its fourth quarter and full year 2014 financial results on Wednesday, March 4, 2015, after the market close.
